TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VKKM website, online store, products, content, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “VKKM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VKKM. By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and delivery information. You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, finishes, quantities, and images accurately. Minor variations in color, finish, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for its intended material, application, load, environment, and installation method. Products should be installed and used in accordance with applicable instructions, standards, and safety requirements.

Where appropriate, installation should be performed by a competent or qualified person. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies relating to defective or unsafe products.

We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue products without prior notice.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products.

We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, export restrictions, or an inability to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Retail, wholesale, distributor, and reseller orders may be subject to additional written terms, quotations, minimum quantities, pricing arrangements, or agreements. Where additional terms apply, they will take precedence for that transaction.

  1. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and similar charges may be added or collected separately.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges where applicable, unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified or processed.

We may correct genuine pricing, description, or calculation errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding or issue a refund if the order is cancelled.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders may be fulfilled from our United States, United Kingdom, or China facilities, depending on the delivery address, product availability, and order-routing rules.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Risk of loss passes to consumer customers when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VKKM name, logos, product content, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to VKKM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Authorized distributors, affiliates, and creators may use approved brand materials only in accordance with their separate written program terms.

  1. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information

  • Introduce malware or interfere with website security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse personal information

  • Impersonate another person or organization

  • Conduct fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or transactions

  • Use our intellectual property without authorization

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions.

We may also use third-party payment providers, carriers, analytics tools, applications, and service providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Purchases from VKKM are transactions with VKKM, not with Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by VKKM.

  1. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries outside the customer’s place of residence, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Product suitability depends on the application and installation conditions. Customers must review product specifications and obtain professional advice where reasonably necessary.

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VKKM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability, or mandatory consumer protections.

For business customers, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, epidemics, government action, labor disputes, carrier disruption, customs delays, internet failures, or supply-chain interruptions.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not reduce rights already acquired under an accepted order unless permitted by law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating VKKM, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country or region.

Any dispute should first be submitted to us so that we can attempt to resolve it promptly and fairly.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
