We keep inventory in US and UK warehouses for faster delivery. Some items ship direct from China with clear delivery timelines shown at checkout.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?

Orders shipped from US or UK warehouses are duty-included. Direct China shipments may incur local duties or taxes, which are stated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Damaged or missing items are refunded or replaced.

How do I choose the right screw?

Wood screws are for general woodworking, deck screws for exterior projects, and structural screws (T30, #14) for load-bearing framing. Size and spec charts are on every product page.

What is a T25 star drive or square drive?

These are drive types that grip better and resist stripping. Every pack includes a free matching bit.
